Residents Parking Permits
5.3 That any Residential Occupier of a Residential Unit to be created as part of the Development will not be entitled to a Residents Parking Permit for any CPZ established by the Council for the area in which the Property is situate; and
5.4 Upon the first and any subsequent transfer of the Residential Unit the Residential Occupier shall within 10 Working Days of taking up use and/or Occupation of the Residential Unit notify the Council in writing of the change in Occupancy thereof.
