1.1.3 £343,767.50 on or prior to the first Occupation of 263 Dwellings constructed as part of the Development.

As soon as is reasonably practicable after the date of this deed but in any event not less than 3 months prior to the Commencement of Development the Owner, after having consulted with the Council in accordance with paragraph 2.2 of this Schedule shall submit to the Council for its formal written approval an Affordable Housing
Scheme (to be set out in an Affordable Housing Scheme Document) which provides that 20% of the total number of Dwellings comprised in the Development will be provided as Affordable Housing split in the proportions 10% Social Rented Housing and 10% Intermediate Housing and taking into account the requirements set out in the remainder of this Schedule and Appendices 3 to 5 regarding the indicative mix of
Affordable Housing Units, delivery of the Affordable Housing and the Council's list of Preferred Registered Providers respectively
